Metal casings

In offshore shipping and industry, machine noise can easily exceed legal limits and can therefore cause hearing damage for employees and local residents.

The metal casings can be constructed from separate panels, which makes it easy to partially or completely disassemble the casing. That way, your machines will always be accessible.
Doors, apothecary doors and windows, fans, and sound suppressors for the air supply and exhaust can be integrated into the casing.

Engineering

Our employees have extensive expertise in advising on and measuring the casing, and your specific wishes are integrated in the concept. That way, we can offer you a ready-made solution.

For example, we can manufacture the casing for outdoor applications and ensure the noise of machine pump compressors and motors is suppressed to an acceptable level.

• Jet Fire J150 fire protection with Lloyd’s certificate
• Gastightness

As an extra feature, doors, windows, hatches (fire dampers), and air supply and exhaust fans can be provided with air supply and exhaust attenuators (splitter attenuators).
